Application fields of magnesium chloride:
1. It is an important inorganic raw material in the chemical industry, used to produce magnesium products such as magnesium carbonate, magnesium hydroxide, magnesium oxide, and is also used as a raw material for antifreeze, etc.
2. It is used in the metallurgical industry to produce metallic magnesium (produced by molten electrolysis), liquid chlorine, and high-purity magnesium sand, etc.
3. Transportation industry: It is used as a road de-icing and de-snowing agent, with a fast de-icing speed and low corrosiveness to vehicles, which is better than sodium chloride.
Introduction:
Fluidized bed operation has the advantages of good mixing of solid particles and large surface area for heat and mass transfer between gas and solid phases, but its main disadvantages are: ① The particles to be treated should be larger than 50~100μm, otherwise it is easy to form channel flow and stagnation zone; ② When the particle size distribution is wide, entrainment is serious; ③ When the particle temperature is high, it is easy to form lumps or agglomerations; ④ For non-spherical particles such as wheat grains, fibers, slices, etc., it is not well fluidized.
Vibrating fluidized bed is a very successful modified fluidized bed. It is a fluidized bed supported on a set of springs and powered by an excitation motor. The bulk material put into the dryer is thrown to the outlet end under the perforated plate by the excitation force and output to the outlet VI end. Hot air is blown in from under the perforated plate, passes through the material layer, transfers heat to the material, and carries the water vaporized from the material and is discharged from the exhaust port, thereby drying the material. Because the material is in motion due to mechanical vibration in the vibrating fluidized bed, dynamic drying can be achieved by blowing in an appropriate amount of hot air, so the thermal efficiency is high and the material is dried evenly.
Scope of application:
Fluidized bed dryer is suitable for drying, cooling and humidifying various granular material crystals and powder and granular mixtures.
1. Pharmaceutical and chemical industry: various tablet particles, boric acid, borax, hydroquinone and various additives.
2. Food and building materials industry: wine lees, monosodium glutamate, sugar, salt, granular chicken essence, slag, bean curd seeds, etc.
Features of vibrating fluidized bed:
1. Objects are heated evenly, heat exchange is sufficient, and drying intensity is high.
2. The vibration source is driven by a vibration motor, which is balanced in operation and easy to maintain.
3. Fluidization is uniform, without dead gaps and blow-through phenomena, and uniform drying, cooling and humidification products can be obtained.
4. Good adjustability, wide adaptability, material layer thickness, moving speed in the machine and full amplitude change can all be adjusted steplessly.
5. Little damage to the surface of the material, can be used for drying fragile materials, and irregular material particles do not affect the working effect.
6. The fully enclosed structure effectively prevents cross infection between materials and outside air, and the working environment is clean.
Workflow:
The material enters the machine from the feed port. Under the action of vibration force, the material is thrown forward in the horizontal direction and moves continuously. The hot air passes through the fluidized bed upward to exchange heat with the wet material. The wet air is discharged by the exhaust after dust removal by the cyclone separator (or pulse bag dust collector). The dry material is discharged from the discharge port and then collected and packaged.
